Why providers need digital inclusion programs

Although technology went through significant uptake in the past year by both providers and their clients, digital literacy and skills are still necessary to the ones experiencing difficulties adjusting.
Recent research from YourLink found that 93% of the seniors surveyed expect that care providers could do something about that and offer digital access and skills training. The majority of them still feel excluded from government and banking digital services, for example.
As technology adoption is now mandatory to improve care services and increase operational efficiency, the sector needs to keep pace to ensure the best health outcomes, wellbeing and independence for the people they support.
So, how can providers ensure that they are equipped to engage most of their client base and optimise their workforce skills to support digital literacy? And how do they get started?
Join Hayylo and YourLink for the upcoming webinar on the 27th of May at 2PM (AEST). Simon Heaysman (COO & Co-founder) and Meg Braithwaite (Growth Director) from Hayylo will talk to Richard Scenna, Founding Director of YourLink – an organisation dedicated to the digital inclusion of seniors, carers and care workers – to unpack the topic.
