Support at Home – Preparing for Clinical Care
November 21, 2024 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Overview
This workshop will be facilitated by Steve Neal, RN and Head of Clinical Services and Leadership Programs at LPA. Steve will provide you with the essential knowledge and skills to ensure that participants with high-prevalence, high-impact risks and high-intensity care needs receive safe, high-quality care, while also ensuring your service remains compliant with the new Support at Home program requirements.
Designed to be interactive and practical, this workshop will equip you with the foundational knowledge and tools to implement structured systems and processes that enhance care quality and minimise risks. You will leave with clarity, confidence, and the competence to develop a systematic approach that ensures your service, participants, and staff share a clear understanding of managing high-prevalence, high-impact, and high-support care needs.
This is a valuable opportunity to prepare your organisation for the evolving clinical care expectations in aged care.
