Developing Home Care Manager and Team Leader Skills
Everyday Lorraine Poulos and Associates are out and about advising and supporting home care providers with compliance problems, complaints, dissatisfied consumers, unhappy staff, financial sustainability issues and struggling to stay competitive. A common theme found running through these issues is that leadership and management skills are not always at the level that this role increasingly requires. We also find that home care managers and team leaders are struggling to keep up with the demands and workload and often it is because they need some simple strategies to manage situations.
This prompted us to develop a course to really equip, empower and enable home care managers and team leaders to operate at a higher level and thrive in the role.
