  1. the age care system is a disgrace, i am 84 years old receiving age care funds on level 3, it is very complex & hard to understand consequently making our life a misery. the government wants us to stay at home but some of the things that are needed such as replacement heating system at a cost of $3100. to keep us warm are not allowed eve though there are sufficient funds available in in my account.maybe 3 sticks would do
