Guidance for in-home meal requirements

With less than six weeks until the new conditions of registration, obligations and statutory duties related to the new Aged Care Act come into effect, the 38-page guide includes information on meal requirements, how to implement meal requirements, how to demonstrate compliance and additional planning information.

Meal requirements are meant to allow for flexible approaches to complying with the nutrition standards and are applicable to providers delivering meal services under registration categories 1 and 4.
