Home care pricing survey underway
Providers have less than a week to return the Department of Health and Aged Care’s survey about their service prices.

The Department of Health and Aged Care is urging home care providers to respond to the survey emailed to them about the prices they intend to charge under the new Support at Home program.
The department is seeking a response by 26 February and has encouraged providers to email SAH.Pricing.Survey@health.gov.au if they have not received the survey.
The government will be staging the introduction of price caps on services in the Support at Home program, due to come into place on 1 July 2026, and the survey will allow for better preparation.
From 1 July 2025 SaH providers will continue to set their own prices, as they currently do under the Home Care Packages program, and will use them to invoice the government for SaH services delivered in 2025-26.
