Mickleham to receive $13.5 million clubhouse
Construction has begun on state-of-the-art clubhouse in Stockland Halcyon Highlands.

Designed by award-winning architects ClarkeHopkinsClarke and built by Insitu Group, the Halcyon Highlands clubhouse will be a resort-style facility for the over 55s land-lease community in Mickleham, north Melbourne.
There will be a modern lounge and bar, a library, games equipment and cinema, along with a wellness precinct that will include a heated pool, pickle ball court, gym and golf simulator.
Once complete, Halcyon Highlands will comprise of approximately 239 architecturally designed homes, each with a seven-star energy rating and a 3.9-kilowatt solar system as standard.
Construction on the clubhouse is expected to be completed by early 2026.
