ACCPA launches innovation program
The program is designed for aged care and community boards and executives to enhance strategic innovation.
Provider peak body Aged & Community Care Providers Association has announced a new collaboration to help providers innovate.
At ACCPA’s state conference in Sydney New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory last week, the peak body launched its new Strategic Innovation Program.
“We’ve partnered with Paul Hawkins from Crazy Might Work to deliver these programs,” ACCPA’s senior manager of Innovation Julie Anderson told Community Care Review at the event.
Crazy Might Work is a for-purpose leadership and innovation academy, which launched in Antarctica and whose clients also include United States agency NASA.
The two-day face-to-face program is designed for aged care and community boards and executives to enhance their organisation’s strategic innovation.
“Innovation doesn’t have to be big, bold, or all about technology. It’s about finding creative solutions to some of our challenges and leaders being brave to do so,” Ms Anderson said.
