Altura Learning appoints CEO
Paul Goudie joins Altura with over 20 years experience in education and technology.
Aged care training company Altura Learning has appointed Paul Goudie as its new chief executive officer.
Commencing the role on 5 April, Mr Goudie joins Altura with more than 20 years of experience in education and technology, and driving workforce development in the care, information technology, and digital media sectors.
A key driver of innovation, Mr Goudie has a strong background in educational product development, and quality improvement programs.
Previous to joining Altura, Mr Goudie held senior leadership roles at Swinburne University and Goodstart Early Learning.
Mr Goudie received the ISS International Practitioner VET Fellowship in 2023 and helped establish the Cyber Academy with Deloitte.
“Paul’s expertise in digital learning technologies and focus on improving educational outcomes makes him a strategic addition to Altura Learning,” read a statement. “His leadership will significantly contribute to the organisation’s mission of delivering premium learning solutions for the aged care industry.”
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Goudie said: “I’m thrilled to lead Altura Learning as we continue to empower aged care providers with over 150-plus specialised training modules designed by industry experts. Our commitment to enhancing the skills and knowledge of aged care employees remains steadfast.”
Director and chair of Altura Learning Rob Lourey said Mr Goudie’s appointment will position the company for continued growth and success in the years ahead.
