Benetas appoints new GM of people
Not-for-profit aged care, in-home and community services provider Benetas has appointed Alicia Goddard as its new general manager for people, culture and diversity.

Not-for-profit aged care, in-home and community services provider Benetas has appointed Alicia Goddard as its new general manager for people, culture and diversity.
Ms Goddard joins the team with more than 20 years’ experience in health, government and education sectors – across profit and not-for-profit.
During that time, Ms Goddard has worked across strategy, governance and risk management bringing together partnerships with public health services to deliver transformational change in workforce practices and clinical operating models.
In her new role, Ms Goddard’s focus will be on building an employee experience that fosters relationships and creates strong, collaborative communities.
With the people and culture team, Ms Goddard’s ambition is to provide services through shared values to ensure Benetas people provide its ageing community with the opportunity to live their best lives.

“The aged care sector is emerging from a time of many challenges and we need new, innovative ways of thinking to overcome them,” said Benetas CEO Sandra Hills in a statement.
“Alicia’s experience in building strong, collaborative organisational cultures and change management will help us assemble the workforce we need to better meet the needs of our customers, now and into the future,” said Ms Hills.
