Mayflower names new CEO
Victorian aged care and home care provider Mayflower has announced Stuart Rodney as its new CEO.

Victorian aged care and home care provider Mayflower has announced Stuart Rodney as its new chief executive officer.
In a statement, Mayflower chair Anthony Mutton said the board was delighted to have appointed Mr Rodney.
“The Mayflower board is excited to have Mr Rodney leading the Mayflower team. His strong commercial acumen and passion for aged care places us in a sound position to navigate aged care reforms as we work to finalise and implement our 2023-26 strategic plan,” said Mr Mutton.
Prior to joining Mayflower, Mr Rodney held the role of executive general manager residential aged care with Bolton Clarke; chief operating officer with Health Support Queensland; and chief business development officer at American Hospital Dubai.
As part of its strategic growth plans, Mayflower acquired the Edith Bendall Lodge in Pascoe Vale in November 2022 and has recently completed a redevelopment of its Reservoir facility.
The not-for-profit provider – whose portfolio spans residential aged care, home care, and retirement and independent living accommodation – also has planning permits for two integrated care communities in Gisborne and Keilor. As well, redevelopment plans are in motion for its site in Macleod.
