Lyndoch Living announces new acting CEO

Residential and in-home aged care provider Lyndoch Living has appointed a new acting CEO.

Residential and in-home aged care provider Lyndoch Living has appointed Jill Davidson as its new acting chief executive officer.

Taking on the role from 5 December, Ms Davidson is a healthcare professional with more than 20 years of experience in executive roles within the health and aged care sectors – both in Australia and overseas.

Previous to joining the independent Victoria-based provider, Ms Davidson worked in aged care services across New South Wales and Victoria and has significant experience leading healthcare services through outbreaks of Covid-19.

Lyndoch Living board president Susan Cassidy welcomed Ms Davidson’s appointment. “Our priority has always been on providing high-quality and safe care to our residents and supporting our committed team of professionals who deliver this care,” said Ms Cassidy in a statement.

She added: “The appointment of Ms Davidson will provide ongoing stability for our service and bring additional expertise that will continue our momentum.”

Ms Davidson replaces Ted Rayment who was a three-month contract as acting CEO. “We extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to Mr Rayment for his support and expertise during these past few months,” said Ms Cassidy.

She added the provider was also grateful for Mr Rayment’s commitment to finding a suitable replacement. “We know Mr Rayment wouldn’t have finished his time with us without knowing Lyndoch Living was in safe hands.”
