New CEO at 3Bridges Community
Raj Nair has been appointed CEO of home and community support provider 3Bridges Community.
Raj Nair is the new CEO of home and community support provider 3Bridges Community.
The former RSL NSW executive has a background in the profit and not for profit sectors across a range of areas including disability services, education, manufacturing and packaged consumer goods.
3Bridges chair Catriona Barry says Mr Nair, who has been acting as the Financial Services Director since early July, will be in charge of growing the organisation and upholding its high standards.
“During this time Raj has gained the respect of many 3Bridges staff and volunteers and has shown he is passionate about the work our team performs for the community we serve.”
“Raj and has demonstrated a clear understanding of 3Bridges strategic priorities,” Ms Barry said in a statement.
Mr Nair has held various senior roles focused on business transformation and development, operations, performance improvement, financial sustainability, compliance, and governance requirements.
He was the Chief Operating Officer for RSL NSW for almost 4 year and has held senior leadership positions in not for profit organisations including Northcott and Learning Links.
“I look forward to doing all I can to ensure those in need of support, have their needs met,” Mr Nair said.
“This will be achieved by continuing to provide quality service, initiating innovative programs promoting inclusion and diversity, advocating to those in power and most importantly, listening to our 3Bridges Community.”
Raj Nair took up the role October 30.
