Ms Hili has worked in the aged care sector for over 23 years, most recently overseeing operational activities and spearheading strategy and growth at BaptistCare.

AlayaCare CEO and founder Adrian Schauer welcomed Ms Hili’s appointment to the executive team, saying she would steer the company’s ANZ operations during a period of rapid growth for the company.

“In her time at BaptistCare she has exhibited tremendous leadership, innovation and collaboration positioning her well to lead AlayaCare’s Australian and New Zealand operations,” Mr Schauer said in a statement. “We’re very fortunate to have her on board.”

The appointment comes after AlayaCare earlier this month announced the acquisition of home care software vendor Procura.

AlayaCare, established in 2014, offers cloud-based technology to help manage clients and care workers for home, community and aged care organisations.
